Terms of service

Last updated: 07/14/2026

These terms cover the PlayWowGoal game and the playwowgame.com website. They also cover what people sometimes call "terms of use" — there is only this one document.

1. Accepting these terms

By playing PlayWowGoal or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't play. The service is provided by PlayWow ("we", "us").

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to online services on your own, you need your parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

You can start as a guest, or add an email and a password so your rating follows you across devices. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account — see the fair play rules. You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

4. Balls, purchases and anything you "own"

Balls are a limit on how often you can play, not money. Balls, ratings, leagues and any cosmetic item are a revocable licence to use them inside the game. They have no monetary value, they cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for cash, and they do not survive the end of the service or the deletion of your account.

If we ever sell anything in the game, the purchase is handled by Apple or Google and their refund rules apply. Nothing sold in the game will make your shot more likely to go in.

5. This is a game, not gambling

There are no bets, no odds, no wagers and no prizes with real-world value. Nothing in the game can be cashed out.

6. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, automate play, run multiple accounts, arrange results with an opponent, tamper with the app or its network traffic, or attack our servers. The fair play rules are part of these terms and explain what we do when someone breaks them.

7. Behaving yourself

Nicknames and anything else you can type are visible to other players. Keep them free of abuse, hate, threats, sexual content and impersonation. We can change or remove a nickname that breaks this rule.

8. What belongs to whom

The game, its name, its artwork, its code and its brand belong to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it. You are welcome to stream and record your matches, including on monetised channels.

9. Availability

We try to keep the game up, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may change features, run maintenance, or discontinue the service. If we shut it down for good, we will say so in advance where we reasonably can.

10. Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the fair play rules, or that is being used to harm other players or our service. Where the situation allows it, we tell you why and you can reply to us at support@playwowgame.com.

11. No warranty, and the limits of our liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost ratings, balls or progress, or for anything caused by your own breach of these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death, personal injury, or fraud — and nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer in your own country.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, we update the date at the top and tell you in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.

13. Getting in touch first

If you have a problem with us, please email support@playwowgame.com before doing anything else — almost everything gets solved there. The mandatory laws of the country where you live continue to apply to you whatever else these terms say.
